FlexiBuild Centroamérica supplies systems to builders and construction professionals. When requested, we can also review and quote project construction. Execution is scoped according to location, intended use, system, feasibility, logistics and local requirements.

Purchasing materials does not automatically include construction, design, consulting or technical accompaniment. Each service is described and quoted separately so clients know what is included, who holds each responsibility and which requirements remain.

We review residential, commercial, office and special-use projects using modular tubular-steel structures. Design, fabrication, installation and responsibilities are defined for each project.

Information for a project review
1. Share project details
Country, location, intended use, plans or approximate dimensions, number of levels and project stage.
2. Review the scope
We identify the system to evaluate, missing information, logistics and local requirements. This review does not replace structural design.
3. Define and quote
Materials, activities, preliminary schedule, exclusions, responsibilities and price are detailed for the agreed scope.

Execution is agreed project by project
Local teams, permits, professional design, labor, supervision, supply and construction are reviewed for each project. Professional or third-party work must be identified in writing and meet applicable local requirements.
A building system does not replace structural design or guarantee a building’s performance. Design, materials, installation, supervision and code compliance must be defined by the professionals responsible for the project.

Does FlexiBuild supply systems and also build projects?
Yes. FlexiBuild supplies systems to builders and professionals and can review project construction when requested. These are separate services and are quoted separately.
Is construction included with material purchases?
No. Materials do not automatically include construction, consulting or technical accompaniment.
Are structural design and permits included?
They are not assumed to be included. Responsible professionals, permits and obligations must be identified in the written scope and meet local requirements.
