Agricultural fibers · Digital design · Project-based fabrication
A system in development that combines structural boards made primarily from agricultural fibers such as rice straw, project-based BIM/CAD coordination and planned CNC cutting of frames and components.
A production hub is proposed in Nicaragua, with regional markets subject to agreements, demand, permits and project requirements.

Project status
The proposal combines OSE Board agricultural-fiber panels with building designs coordinated project by project in BIM/CAD. Digital layouts define dimensions, openings, junctions and schedules. CNC cutting is proposed for frames and components; panel production takes place on a separate line.
The system and local production project are in development. Technology licensing, equipment supply, integration, production and final applications depend on agreements and project engineering.
OSE Board
OSE describes its board as a wall-system component made primarily from compressed agricultural fibers such as wheat or rice straw, with paper facings. Published format information lists approximately 58–60 mm thickness and a standard 1.2 × 2.4 m module. Product data and suitability must be confirmed for each application.

Structural performance, approvals, fire and moisture behavior, connections and installation details require appropriate testing, engineering and local review. Cost and schedule benefits must be measured in pilot projects.
