Better Block ICF® for reinforced-concrete walls
ICF means insulated concrete forms. Components create a cavity for reinforcing steel and concrete and remain integrated with the wall. FlexiBuild Centroamérica currently presents and commercially represents Better Block ICF® in Nicaragua. Each project requires review of plans, structural design, site conditions and applicable requirements.
How it works
From project plans to an ICF wall
ICF blocks are assembled to form wall cavities. Reinforcing steel and coordinated services are installed before concrete placement. The insulated formwork remains in place. Wall thickness, reinforcement, concrete, bracing, pour sequence and connections must follow project design, manufacturer instructions and applicable codes.

- Confirm structural design and local professional responsibilities.
System selection alone does not guarantee seismic, fire, wind or thermal performance. Results depend on engineering, materials, installation, supervision and applicable requirements.
