Modular construction system

Modular Steel Framing

A modular construction system based on tubular steel profiles with bolted, welded or hybrid connections, according to project design. It is distinct from conventional Light Steel Framing using C/U profiles. Projects are developed from Nicaragua for regional markets, subject to logistics, technical review and local requirements.

Design and coordination

A structure specified for its intended use

Members, connections, bracing, anchorage and protective systems must be designed for geometry, loads, spans, height, use, exposure and applicable codes. Enclosures, insulation and finishes are selected for each project.

  • Homes, additions and modular buildings.
  • Offices and commercial spaces.
  • Project-specific structural solutions developed from an agreed design.
